Composite Bats
Little League International has issued a moratorium on the use of composite bats in all of its baseball divisions, including the Little League (Major) division.
The moratorium disallows bans the use of all baseball bats constructed with composite material in its barrell, unless a specific models shows in lab testing that it will not exceed the standard that is printed on the bat, after the bat is broken in.
Wooden and aluminum bats DO NOT fall under this moratorium.
